• You can participate for multiple members at the same time.
• A document to complete as well as the rules to follow will be sent to you by email so that we can register your participation in the draw. You will not be able to participate if you do not complete the document!!

!! Be careful when you fill it out, the slightest mistake can prevent you from participating in the video call. You also need a Line and Kakaotalk account!!

• The winners of the video call will be announced on December 20th after 09:00 (CET - 17:00KST), on the Soundwave website . We will check it ourselves to let you know whether or not you have won the video call.

!!Attention!! : No matter how many albums you buy, winning is not guaranteed. It's a draw so luck plays its part.

• For the winners the video call will take place on January 4, 2025 in the morning.

Your order will be shipped as soon as our warehouse ships it to us, depending on the organizers of these events this can take up to several weeks.

If your order contains a pre-order product, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-order product becomes available.
